I had a fantastic time at this capsule hotel in Osaka! It’s conveniently located near the Shinsaibashi subway station, making it easy to explore the city. The capsules are comfy and clean, but there are some noise issues, so I recommend bringing earplugs. Overall, it’s a great value for the money with unique features, but the Wi-Fi only available in the lobby was a bit inconvenient.

I had a pretty decent stay at the hotel, which is conveniently located near the metro and shopping areas. The rooms are comfortable with great amenities, and the staff were really helpful and polite. One downside was the Wi-Fi, which was pretty awful, and the noise from neighboring capsules could be bothersome at times. Overall, it’s a solid choice for experiencing a capsule hotel while in Osaka.

The hotel is perfectly located near Nagahoribashi Station, making it super easy to get around the city. Plus, it’s surrounded by great shopping and dining options.
Dining

There’s a restaurant on-site that offers a decent breakfast, but it's not buffet-style, which I found a bit limiting. You do get a half-off beer voucher upon check-in, which is a nice touch.

The communal hot tub and shower areas were great features after a long day of exploring. The facilities were clean and well-equipped.

Staying at this capsule hotel was quite a nice experience, especially considering its affordable price and comfortable amenities. The location is super convenient, being close to the metro and shopping areas, making it easy to explore Osaka. However, I did experience some frustrations with the Wi-Fi and the elevator situation, which could be better organized to assist guests arriving with luggage.

Rooms
7.0
I found the capsule itself decent, spacious enough to sit up in, and equipped with all necessary amenities. The only downside was that there's no private bathroom in the capsule, which can be a bit inconvenient.
Service
7.0
The service was quite accommodating; I could easily inquire about local sights and amenities. However, it did lack a personal touch that might enhance the overall experience.
Location
9.0
The location is fantastic, being just a short walk from the nearest metro stations and surrounded by shopping streets. It made getting around the city very straightforward, but the need to navigate an underground passage with luggage can be a hassle.
Dining

Dining options were basic with the breakfast being only one plate served. It was okay, but not a standout feature of the experience.
Facilities

The hotel has good facilities with clean showers and a communal hot tub, which is a nice touch after a long day of exploring. The amenities provided were helpful as well.

I had a pleasant stay at B&C Hotel Sunplay Inn Nagahori, located conveniently near Shinsaibashi. The capsule was surprisingly comfortable and the amenities met my needs well. However, language barriers were a challenge at times, and the shared facilities may not suit everyone. Overall, it was a good value for money considering the prices in Japan.

Rooms

The capsule was cozy and the bathroom facilities were well-equipped with quality products. However, if you're taller than 1.78m, the capsule might feel cramped.

The hotel featured a great shared bath and sauna, which were fantastic for relaxing after a long day. However, you do have to share these spaces.

Staying at B&C Hotel Sunplay Inn Nagahori was a pleasant experience overall. The location is fantastic, just minutes from the main shopping streets and close to subway stations. The room I had was compact but just right for my needs, especially since I was mostly out exploring. The staff were friendly and tried to help, although communication was a bit challenging due to the language barrier. The common bathroom facilities were great but do share space with others, which may not be ideal for everyone. The breakfast was decent, with enough variety to start the day. Some amenities like the sauna were nice bonuses, making it a good value for the price.
